Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation/ rescheduling fee for any no-shows, rescheduling, or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There are absolutely no exceptions. Please do not book a service if you can’t commit to an appointment. I have a 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes it’s considered a no show and you will be charged.
